Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Pastor Marshall left the city in 1988 to pursue the call of God on his life. Pastor Marshall attended Zion Bible Institute in Barrington Rhode Island, and it was there that he met his beautiful wife, Tracey Owen. The two were married on August 4, 1990.

Once he left Bible School, Pastor Peter along with his wife, Sister Tracey, set out to the state of Florida. It was there that Pastor Marshall spent many years in ministry while also establishing a successful business career.  As the vice president of a large corporation, he traveled to many places within North America and ended up in Houston, Texas.  While in Houston the Lord instructed Pastor Peter to return to the city of Hamilton and establish a ministry that would not only reach out to the city of his birth, but also to the entire nation of Canada.

In February of 2000, Pastor and Sister Marshall fulfilled what God had spoken to them in Houston, Texas when they became the Pastors at Victory International Church.  Since then they have founded The Believer’s Anointing Ministries, which includes The Believer’s Anointing Bible College and The Believer’s Anointing television program.

In its short inception the ministry has grown in every area.   The multi-cultural church has grown approximately 20 times its size in seven years and is focused on meeting the needs of the Golden Horseshoe area. With a strong local commitment to the ministry, Victory International Church and The Believer’s Anointing Ministries are also reaching out daily to the nation of Canada and nations around the world through the telecast established by Pastor Peter in March of 2003.  The Believer’s Anointing Bible College is training both men and women for ministry and victorious living.  Along with a strong national ministry, Victory International Church and The Believer’s Anointing Ministries are helping people in nations within Africa and Central America with both spiritual and physical needs.  The ministry is working with pastors and ministers, both nationally and abroad, to increase the effectiveness of the Gospel and see people’s lives changed forever.  In just a short period of time, the ministry has seen thousands come to Christ and many people healed and delivered from all different types of sicknesses, diseases, addictions and abuse. Ministries have been established and most importantly, the Lord Jesus has been glorified in nations around the world.

Pastor Peter is committed to preaching an uncompromising message of victory and ministering salvation, healing and deliverance to the lost and hurting people. Pastor Marshall and The Believer’s Anointing team are leading Canadians and people around the world back to a foundation of hope.
